Joe Nunziata, President
Joe Nunziata is the Co-CEO of FBC Mortgage, LLC. Joe served as CEO and President
of The Sterne Agee Group, an investment banking firm. Prior to co-founding FBC Mortgage LLC in 2005, Prior to 2005 Joe worked at First Horizon and American Heritage Mortgage.
Joe currently serves on the boards of the Seminole County Sheriff Foundation, Orange County Sheriffs Foundation, The Florida Hospital Foundation, and the FBC Mortgage Charitable Foundation. He has served on the boards of FBC Bank, Sunshine State Bank, Southern Community Bank, 5/3rd Bank of Central Florida, MBA’s Legislative Committee, YPO, the City of Longwood, and the Leukemia Society. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business from USF and has his CMB from the MBA. Joe was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Executive of the Year by The OBJ and was chosen as one of Florida’s Businessmen to Watch. He has been a contributor to CNBC, Fox News, and CF News 13.
Joe lives in Central Florida with his family.

Scott Kotroba, Vice President
Entrepreneur, Hospitality Leader, and Community Advocate
Scott Kotroba is a proven entrepreneur and civic leader with a strong record of innovation and community impact. After founding and later selling a portfolio of successful niche job boards, including OrlandoJobs.com, Kotroba turned his focus to Orlando’s hospitality scene as co-founder of Pine Street Hospitality, the group behind Bullitt Bar, McQueens Social Lounge, Sessions Lounge, Basement, Attic, Papi Smash’d Burgers, and his newest venture Walter’s Tavern.
Recognized among the Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Kotroba has also dedicated more than a decade to strengthening Central Florida through public service and nonprofit leadership. He currently serves as President of the Athlete Connections Foundation (7 years), President Emeritus of the Orange County Sheriff Foundation (5 years), Co-Founder and former Vice President of the Seminole County Sheriff Foundation, and Co-Founder and Vice President of the Orlando Police Foundation. His leadership bridges business, law enforcement, and community development to build a safer, more connected Orlando.

Ty Roofner
Ty is the Managing Partner of Burr & Forman LLP's Orlando office and a member of our Corporate & Tax practice group.
Prior to serving as Managing Partner, Ty served on Burr’s executive committee. While Ty’s client base is diverse, a significant portion of his clients are entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. Growing up the son of entrepreneurs provided Ty a connection with this particular type of client. His business law practice consists of general corporate, mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, early-stage and start-up and joint ventures / partnerships. His representations often commence with creating the business entity and continue through the growth, exit and post-exit stages of the business.

Marc guides successful families through the complexities of the wealth they have built, as well as decisions around their broader family balance sheet. Marc and his team bring unique expertise and vast experience while providing the full array of wealth advisory services to entrepreneurs, corporate executives, professional athletes, and wealthy individuals and families, all of whom have unique needs and opportunities.
Prior to founding Haven Private, Marc and his immediate team worked together at Fieldpoint Private Securities, LLC and Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust). Prior to beginning his finance career in 2009, Marc worked in the medical device industry upon separation from the United States Army.
Marc holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his MBA at the University of Miami. He served nearly eight years as a U.S. Army Captain and Blackhawk helicopter pilot, including service in Germany, Kosovo, Iraq, and South Korea.

Adam Wonus
Partner at Atrium Management Company
Adam began his career in banking having formerly worked with Wells Fargo Bank, and CBRE Capital Markets. During his time in banking Adam financed commercial property as well as structured and financed business acquisitions for companies all over the country.
In late 2014 Adam purchased Atrium Management Company, a Central Florida based Property Management Company. Atrium currently leases and manages roughly 4 million square feet of property in Florida. Adam has been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as a Community Impact Award recipient, Orlando 40 Under 40, as well as making the list of Orlando’s Fast 50 in 2021. Atrium Management Company was also recognized #1 in the Best Places to Work category of The Orlando Business Journal (businesses with 25-50 employees) in 2020

Dominic Ford
General Manager at Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando
Born in Farnborough, England to Robert and Susan Ford. Dominic grew up just southwest of London where he attended Wayneflete Comprehensive School and played rugby and soccer.
After furthering his education at London’s Kingston College, Dominic joined Currie Motors, a family-owned dealership. He was employed there for 18 years between their London and Chicago locations.
After one too many winters in Chicago, Dominic moved to Florida. There he has held the positions of General Sales Manager and General Manager at dealerships in Tampa, Jacksonville, Daytona, Atlanta, GA and for the past seven years, has been the General Manager at Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando.
Dominic is married to his wife of over 30 years and they have four children. He doesn’t sit still very long as he enjoys Taekwondo (black-belt), trap shooting, soccer, golf, cycling, mountain biking, and his latest martial art, Tabamina balintawak. Dominic is also an avid fan of American football and Formula 1.
Dominic has always been interested in community involvement. Through his charitable work, he has created lifelong relationships and organized events to support local organizations such as: Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation, Hillsborough County Sherriff's Office, Special Operations Warrior Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, National Humane Society, Locks of Love, Bright Beginnings, Tin Star Network Charity, and Pet Alliance of Orlando.

Joe Strada
Owner of Strada Services
Joe Strada is the owner of Strada Services, he started working at the young age of 14. He never attended college but has spent his life dedicating his time and energy to trades to provide quality service to his customers. Joe has state certifications in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, residential building and general contracting. In 2003 Joe founded Strada Services. Since then, Strada has expanded all over the southeast states and is continuing to grow!"

Scott Cathcart
Head of Corporate Finance at Truist Financial Corporation
Scott Cathcart is the Head of Corporate Finance at Truist Financial Corporation. In this role, he leads a team of advisory professionals across the entire footprint of the bank. The capital provided by this group supports clients who are either making acquisitions, being acquired by private equity, selling to management or employees, or pursuing shareholder-friendly leveraged recapitalizations. Scott joined the bank in 2004 and in 2008, he began the Middle Market Banking group. In 2012, he joined the Corporate Banking practice within SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and later helped establish the Corporate Finance team in Commercial Banking to execute corporate finance transactions for middle market companies.
Scott’s career spans a variety of segments and industries with a focus on middle market sized transactions including both debt and equity products in the industrial and financial services verticals. Over the last 19 years, Scott has worked on hundreds of transactions across the U.S. with enterprise values ranging from $25 million - $1 billion. His deal size experience in corporate finance ranges from $10 million - $3 billion.
Scott currently leads transactions across the bank’s footprint with a secondary focus on select national markets, to service the needs of private equity clients and operating clients of the geographically distributed coverage bankers. He previously served as a Director for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, providing financing and capital markets solutions to his portfolio of public and private clients in the large middle market and mid corporate sector.
Scott received his BA in History from Wake Forest University and MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Scott is married and has two young daughters. When he is not spending his time with family, he enjoys playing golf.

Rob Panepinto
Rob is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer for Govo Venture Partners,
an early stage fund that invests in innovative companies in regulated industries or selling to governments.
Rob also serves as Director of Strategy and Partnerships for the UCF Innovation Districts and Business Incubation System. Rob is also the CEO of Entrepreneurs in Action, who manage a social venture fund that invests in social enterprises, helping them create successful businesses and jobs while addressing community and global social needs.
Actively engaged in the Florida entrepreneurial ecosystem, Rob is the Co- Founder and Board Chair for the Rally Social Enterprise Accelerator (an international impact accelerator), and a board member of the Florida Venture Forum, Orlando Tech Council and Starter Studio. He is also a Board Member and Past Chair of the Central Florida Foundation, the Orlando Police Foundation, the Chair of the Central Florida Housing Action Team and the Board of Overseers for Rollins College Crummer School of Business. Rob was appointed by Gov. Ron Desantis to the Board of the Florida Development Finance Corporation in 2024. Rob joined the Florida Council of 100 in 2025. Rob was named as one of the Orlando Business Journal’s inaugural Power Players in 2021.
Previously, Rob was part of the founding executive team for Connextions, helping them grow from a small manufacturing company to become an innovative healthcare technology and services company based in Orlando. Connextions had a majority recapitalization with New Mountain Capital in 2006 and was acquired by Optum Health in 2011.
Rob was a candidate for Orange County Mayor in 2018.
Rob has been a member of YPO since 2005, serving in leadership roles in both the Florida and Orlando Chapters.
Rob has a BA in Political Science from New York University and an MA in Public Communications from Fordham University.
He lives in Winter Park, FL with his wife, Stacey. They have two daughters, Ali (24) and Sam (22).

Shawn Bush
President and CEO of I-CON Systems, Inc.
Founded in 1994, I-CON designs and manufactures electronic plumbing control systems in the correctional and commercial industry where their products create an average 70% water saving over existing systems.
Shawn has over 25 years’ experience in control systems, has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Robotic Engineering and is the author of more than 80 U.S. and Foreign patents. He has attended Harvard Business School and London Business School Executive Education programs for the past 7 years and also holds several State Plumbing licenses.
Shawn is a Board Member of: Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Florida Hospital Cardiovascular Institute, Florida Gubernatorial appointment to the Board of Prison Rehabilitative Industries and Diversified Enterprises (PRIDE).

Steven McCraney
Steven McCraney, President & CEO of McCraney Property Company,
has offices in West Palm Beach and Orlando, Fla., and Charlotte, N.C. A self-made entrepreneur, he and his team have developed more than 15 million total square feet of industrial / distribution and office-flex properties throughout the Southeast.
National Real Estate Investor magazine recently acknowledged McCraney Property Company to its Top 50 list of U.S. Industrial Owners & Developers and NAIOP named Mr. McCraney “Industrial Developer of the Year for Central Florida” in 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017. Additionally, the South Florida Business Journal honored him as an “Ultimate CEO.” He is an active member of the Florida Council of 100 and the Orange Bowl Committee, and serves on the Young Presidents’ Organization’s (YPO) Southern U.S. Executive Board, the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Real Estate Advisory Board, Villanova University DiLella Center for Real Estate, and the Leadership Advisory Council of Place of Hope.
Mr. McCraney earned his degree from Villanova University, Villanova, Penn., and has completed additional post-graduate work at Harvard Business School and Duke University. Additionally, he holds the CCIM Designation and is a delegate member of SIOR.
Mr. McCraney lives his life by the Helen Keller quote, “Life is either a great adventure or nothing.” As such, he is an active alpine climber and has scaled many of the world’s tallest peaks for the children’s charity “Place of Hope.” Recent climbs include The Avenue of Volcanos, Cayambe, Ecuador – 19,000′; Elbrus, Russia – 18,510′; Aconcagua, Argentina – 22,241′; Kilimanjaro-Tanzania, Africa – 19,340′; Mt. Rainier – 14,411′; the Grand Canyon 48 Mile-24 Hour Challenge; and ran the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington, D.C

Orlando Police Foundation, Inc. is a public 501 (c)(3) organization being formed to bring together charitable donors, community leaders and non profit organizations in support of, and to encourage, non-tax based philanthropic efforts for the benefit of Orlando Police Department Officers, employees and their families and innovations in crime fighting. All with the goal of enhancing Orlando Police Departments services and to enhance the quality of life by reducing crime and the fear of crime throughout Orlando.
